About the departmentPharmacosmos’ Global IT department consists of ten specialists, with seven based at the headquarters in Holbæk. The department is divided into four key focus areas: Helpdesk, Security, Application & Operations, and PMO. This role will be part of the Security team.

About the positionAs a GRC Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in translating security policies into practical measures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and enhancing the company’s overall security posture.
The primary focus of this position is governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), as well as technical security policy implementation. While direct security monitoring and incident response are handled externally, you will work closely with the Operational Security Engineer and external security partners to develop and enforce security policies and align the company’s security framework with ISO 27001, NIST, European pharmaceutical regulations, FDA, and NIS2.
With a global scope, this role ensures the implementation of security policies across all Pharmacosmos sites and subsidiaries. You will help strengthen security measures across over 2,000 endpoints, including employee devices, servers, and manufacturing systems, with the long-term goal of achieving 80-90% compliance with ISO 27001 within the next 2-3 years.
