Responsibilities:

• Preparing and cooking a variety of healthy, sustainable dishes with flair and precision.
• Assisting with kitchen prep work, including chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and preparing sauces.
• Ensuring smooth kitchen operations during service, including coordinating orders and maintaining quality standards.
• Washing dishes and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
• Opening and closing the kitchen according to established procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a chef or line cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment is a plus.
• A passion for creating innovative, flavorful dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
