We are searching for a skilled Group Finance Analyst for our office in Kastrup, Copenhagen, to support our CFO with a wide range of tasks in an exciting and growth-oriented organization.
As a Group Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring financial control and transparency across our projects and business units. You will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing and reporting on company costs and contribute to business optimization. Your efforts will provide management with the necessary insights to make strategic decisions and ensure that we reach our financial goals.
About the tasks
As a Group Finance Analyst your areas of responsibility are, but are not limited to the following
- Preparing budgets and forecasts and following up on deviations
- Continuous cost control and analysis of deviations from budget and previous periods
- Supporting the CFO in ad hoc analyses and projects and preparing proposals for strategic decisions
- Liaise with stakeholders and ensure effective communication and follow-up, and support business units on financial issues and budget follow-up
- Developing and optimizing processes and tools for cost control, including implementation of automated solutions
- Preparation of high-quality meeting material in both Excel and PowerPoint
- Administrative support to the finance department when needed and facilitation of internal events and meetings
About you
To succeed in the role, we imagine you have:
- Relevant education in economics, finance or accounting, e.g. MSc or equivalent
- 1-4 years of experience as Finance Analyst, Cost Controller, Business Controller or similar role - preferably from a dynamic and project-oriented company
- Strong analytical skills and a flair for communicating complex data in an easy-to-understand way
- Results-oriented and motivated by creating improvements that have a real impact on the business
- Strong communication skills in both Danish and English - written and verbal
- Good IT skills, including experience with MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage
