Right now, we are searching for a new colleague to fill the role as Group HR Coordinator at our Corporate Office in Kastrup, Copenhagen.

For our global HR team, we are searching for an experienced and dedicated HR Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Group HR functions. The overall purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to other HR roles globally and contribute to HR related admin requests coming from the business. You will be an important team member working closely with your global HR colleagues to ensure some strong and solid HR processes. You will be working at our Corporate Office in Kastrup where you will be referring to our HR Director. 

About the tasks
As an HR Coordinator your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • HR-data and reporting:
    • Master data maintenance
    • Master data quality 
    • Master data preparations for reporting
  • Global Recruitment processes: 
    • Admin and system support in HR Recruitment 
    • Admin support and ‘kick off’ invites with hiring managers
    • Posting of job adverts.
    • Maintain recruitment data and closure of positions
  • Onboarding: Process owner (maintain and develop) and kick-off towards managers/HR
  • Corporate policies and procedures: support with update, maintenance, and upload to internal intranet
  • Internal communication:
    • Internal intranet administration (updates/posting)
    • Administration of HR Global mailbox

About you
To succeed in the role, we imagine you bring the following:

  • 4-5 years of experience in similar administrative position – preferably from an international company
  • Natural and strong ability to work independently in a structured and methodical manner
  • High drive and proactiveness 
  • Apparent flair with HRIT and IT systems in general
  • Relevant education, e.g. a bachelor’s degree
  • Master English and Danish in writing and speaking. French writing and speaking is a plus, but not a requirement
