Your future team:
You will become a part of Group Operational Excellence & Quality, a diverse team consisting of 12 colleagues. Our mission is to support our factories in driving improvements in performance and develop a continuous improvement culture in ROCKWOOL. We do this in various ways and are always looking for new opportunities for improvement.
What you will be doing:
You will get a versatile role and work in teams of 2-3. From the initial data analysis stage, we collaborate closely with our colleagues in the factories to gain a thorough understanding of the potential for improvement. We then test and implement sustainable solutions based on ROCKWOOL best practices and new innovation. Tasks include:

You have strong communication and influencing skills, allowing you to collaborate with colleagues at different levels. Moreover, you have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you thrive at the shop floor as well as with senior management and you naturally push for optimisations wherever possible.
