Your conclusions from big data create our continuous improvement
Our Group Quality team consists of 2 colleagues today – your immediate manager, who is responsible for the commercial quality of our Western markets, and 1 colleague in China responsible for the East.
You and your manager will be sitting among our 90 colleagues working with product development. Here, you cannot help absorbing the creative atmosphere, as colleagues will experiment with new products on machines right in the middle of the open plan office. All sealed off by soundproof glass capsules of course, so you will have no problem concentrating.

We are working on creating and implementing an IT solution that will funnel data from all our markets. This means that the collection of data will take up a smaller portion of your work over time, so you can focus even more on analysis.
