Are you a data-driven digital marketer with a passion for optimising online presence and driving customer engagement? Heimstaden is looking for a Group SEO and SEM Marketing Specialist to join our team in Copenhagen.

You will be responsible for our SEO and SEM across our nine markets in Northen Europe and play a pivotal role in ensuring best-in-class digital marketing via all channels towards potential tenants to our 162.000+ homes. 

Heimstaden is a pan-European residential real estate manager and investor. Through our asset management contract with Heimstaden Bostad AB, we manage around 160,000 homes across nine countries with a property value of EUR 29bn. We acquire, develop, and manage properties with an evergreen perspective, focusing on creating lasting value for people and communities.

The role’s core responsibilities and tasks:

• Develop and implement SEM strategies to drive traffic and conversions on our websites for nine markets.
• Build a long-term paid advertisement framework that aligns global objectives with local market needs, ensuring sustainable growth across all regions.
• Optimise campaigns to maximise ROI and testing against new target groups
• Create A/B testing, evaluate the results, and implement learnings.
• Align site content, offers, and campaigns with subscription goals and business objectives
• Update and manage content across the website, intranet, and social media platforms.
• Help the rest of your Brand & Communications colleagues with setting up newsletters and automated marketing flows to enhance all our customer communications.
• Implement lead generation tactics through pop-ups, subscriptions, and CTAs.
• Create landing pages and campaign pages while ensuring content consistency.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with their business objectives and deliverables
• Track and update reports on digital performance and KPIs.
• Have fun and be a team player supporting the rest of our team and colleagues in the organisation.

Required skills and qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in SEO and SEM strategy development, ideally across multiple markets.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Expertise in optimising digital campaigns for performance and ROI.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and departments.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with strong attention to detail.
• Passion for digital marketing and staying ahead of industry trends.
• Proactive and results-driven approach to marketing initiatives.
