The Director of Growth is responsible for driving the expansion of Precis in Denmark. Drawing on extensive industry experience, an established network, and a deep understanding of the needs of advertisers, you will develop strategies and initiatives to grow the market presence of Precis and build a pipeline of opportunities to expand our customer base. As a recognised leader within the industry, you’ll be a champion for Precis and direct our thought-leadership and representation within the market. In this role within Precis, you will have the opportunity to shape and expand our growth function in Denmark and collaborate with commercial stakeholders across the Nordics and internationally.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Create and own the strategy for net new business acquisition.
Lead sales processes from start to end together with specialists from different areas in Precis, with proven success.
Be a recognised thought-leader externally and generate new commercial opportunities for Precis via your network, events, publishing articles, and other similar activities.
Increase overall awareness and interest in Precis as a recognised and trusted digital partner.
Own relationships with key partners, media, intermediaries, and the digital community.
Be a trusted senior partner to our clients and contribute to long-term client retention and success through collaboration with Client and Operations teams.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Excellent ability to build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders within client and partner organisations.
Documented experience of digital marketing and a deep understanding of media strategy, data analytics and/or creative.
Strong understanding of all aspects of Precis' service offering and the connections between each capability.
Deep understanding of client business strategy; ability to translate business needs into a strategic collaboration proposals and opportunities
Established network and understanding of the Denmark market dynamics for digital advertising.
Excellent external communication skills (presenting, speaking, writing, etc).
Excellent commercial development skills (pitching, framing solutions and strategies, relationship management, commercial negotiations, etc).
