Growth Manager (Norwegian)

EmpowrCoach is Looking for a Norwegian-speaking Growth Manager!

At EmpowrCoach, we’re looking for someone who is excited to take full responsibility for driving the growth of successful online coaching businesses. While you'll work closely with our talented social media specialist (our Creative Content Team) and other team members, you will be the lead in shaping the strategic direction and ensuring the successful execution of paid social strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

As a Growth Manager, you will take ownership of the revenue growth for our clients, leading the charge on strategic decisions and implementation. While collaboration is key, you’ll be the one steering the ship, guiding the brand's direction, and ensuring that every step aligns with the overall business goals. What will your day-to-day & responsibilities look like?

• Serve as the main point of contact for coaches, providing the guidance and support they need to grow their brand and business.

• Develop and manage paid ads strategies on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, driving brand awareness, engagement and sales.

• Partner with our Creative Content Team to plan and execute campaigns that align with the coaches’ unique brand and business goals.

• Optimize the customer journey by refining key touchpoints, such as landing pages and email flows, to improve conversion rates.

• Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

• Collaborate directly with Markus, our co-founder who's so far been the one in charge of all Norwegian coaches and their business strategies. The goal here is for you to master the strategies and techniques that have driven success for our coaches - so you can take on your own portfolio.

• Lead brainstorming sessions to identify new ideas and growth opportunities for each coach’s business.

• Take full ownership of the paid ads lifecycle, from initial strategy to execution and ongoing optimization.

Your Qualifications:

• 2+ years of relevant experience (preferred)

• Experience with paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok (Paid Social)

• Paid search experience (not required but a plus)

• Familiarity with customer journey flows

• Experience in lead generation

• Experience with landing pages and websites

• Performance marketing and KPI analytics skills

• Experience in developing business strategies and branding

• Fluent in both spoken and written Norwegian.

This position is ideal for you if:

You’ve had previous experience with paid social and marketing strategies in areas such as email marketing, creating funnels, and other hands-on marketing tasks, and you’re now ready to step into a managerial role where you’ll be responsible for the revenue generated in each of our clients' businesses.
