The position

As a Handover Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless transi-tion of assets from the building projects to the maintenance teams.

 

Your main tasks will be:

  • Facilitating the Handover Process by overseeing the transfer from project organization to our dedicated maintenance team
  • Receiving and conducting quality assurance of data, technical drawings, and documentation
  • Assisting in the implementation of standards and the use of DaluxFM
  • Upkeep and maintenance of standards for assets and outlining requirements for the handover process
  • Ensuring the quality of assets and related tasks meet our stringent guidelines

 

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:

  • Proven experience with the handover process, particularly within large-scale projects
  • Familiarity with DaluxFM, asset management, operations, maintenance, and documentation and Dalux Build handover and box
  • Fluent in Danish, written and spoken

As a person you have a structured approach to work, are well-organized with an attention to detail. You have the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality. You possess a collaborative spirit and the ability to contribute positively to a team environment. Excellent communication abilities are crucial to effectively share information and collaborate with stakeholders.

 

About the department

Our team is a dynamic and dedicated team, committed to streamlining the implementation of DaluxFM and ensuring seamless data handover, drawing, and administrative processes. This team is a part of the National FM Operation team, which holds responsibility for maintenance various areas, such as: outdoor areas, kitchens, building envelopes, fire equipment, and employee transport across all Danish sites.
