We focus on quality, cooperation and an experience out of the ordinary for our many guests. If you want to help keep up the steam in a fast-paced kitchen, you are the one we’re looking for.
About the position:
As head chef at Bouillon, you are the manager of the entire kitchen team. You are responsible for ensuring that the production runs smoothly and that our guests have a good experience every day. In addition, you are also responsible for all the administrative work on the kitchen side, such as salary budgets, kitchen percentages, shift planning, approval of invoices, etc. In addition, you are responsible for covering illness and stepping in at peak times. Since we are a concept restaurant, there is not much room for creative expression - however, you can get an outlet for this in connection with the preparation of the staff food for our wonderful staff. You will lead and motivate a committed team, where your ability to organize and lead comes into play. With hundreds of guests passing through the restaurant every day, it is crucial that you are able to handle and thrive at a high pace.
