In Digital Solutions, the subsection of ATP responsible for IT, data and digitalisation, we play a crucial role in digitalising Danish society. We develop and test innovative solutions along with guiding ATP’s technological strategy, setting new benchmarks for digitalisation within the public sector. 

We are seeking an experienced leader to head our P&I Applications section – a section that will play a pivotal role in ensuring the secure and efficient operation of our critical digital applications in our pension and investment business (P&I).

As Head of  P&I Applications, you will be part of the Technology unit in Digital Solutions. Here, we are responsible for the architecture and operation of critical welfare solutions and serve as counselors to the management.

In this role, you will lead a team of 11 highly skilled specialists such as Platform Architects, Developers and Application Managers responsible for Investment Manager - an application developed by ATP in Microsoft Power Platform & Dimension, SWIFT, Oracle and Informatica.

Your focus will be on providing leadership - both personally and professionally, while also ensuring that applications meet organisational needs and operate seamlessly.

• managing employees and fostering their personal and professional growth while recruiting new team members when necessary
• overseeing the allocation of colleagues to projects and tasks across the organisation
• building and retaining strong relationships with business partners, particularly Pensions & Investment, as your section operates the Investment Manager application
• setting inspiring and prioritised goals for your team to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.

Are you an experienced professional with an extensive knowledge of application management?
We are looking for someone with a relevant educational background and hands-on experience in team management. Furthermore, you bring an extensive knowledge of application management from a large organisation, preferably within financial services.

• demonstrate proficiency in Agile methodologies and ways of working
• motivate and inspire with an engaging and appreciative leadership style
• operationalise complex solutions while maintaining a clear focus on the bigger picture.
