Let’s talk about the role
Novo Nordisk is growing in size and complexity and this calls for intuitive, integrated, and globally scalable solutions. You will join a global leadership team working closely together with FLGS to deliver on an ambitious pipeline. You will head up a team of 10-15 specialists working in the fields of system architecture, data & AI, process improvement, and agile delivery (scrum masters and product owners) and you will be responsible for orchestrating their allocation to agile teams, developing capabilities (for the individuals as well as the team), and ensure high motivation and performance. In addition, you will support the Vice President of FLGS DD&IT in the role of IT Business Partner, setting direction, translating business priorities into digital deliverables, and supporting portfolio delivery.

The strategic focus of FLGS DD&IT is to develop, implement, and maintain world class Digital, Data, and IT solutions in close collaboration with Finance, Legal & Global Solutions. The area is anchored within DD&IT and team members are placed closely to FLGS stakeholders for optimal collaboration. We work in a large-scale agile setup to efficiently support FLGS’s digitalisation journey. Our area consists of approximately 80 colleagues and is spread across Denmark, India, and Poland. The atmosphere is informal and friendly, and colleagues are ambitious, curious, and skilled – complementing and challenging each other to deliver their best.
