This position reports to Squad Director, Smoking Cessation, Northern Europe and is based in Denmark.

Role reports to: Squad Director, Smoking Cessation, Northern Europe

Location: Denmark

Travel %: 10% to other Nordic countries

What you will do

The Head of Brand Activation is responsible for providing Nordic leadership of all commercial activation activities relating to a brand and line leadership of all activation colleagues working on a brand across 4 markets (Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Norway) and managing the team to drive impact and excellence in execution.

Key Responsibilities

·Lead growth across the Nordic markets and deliver total brand objectives

·Full accountability to deliver the in-year full P&L and share targets, as well as represent Nordic requirements in Yr2-Yr3 plans

·Responsible for working with Hub/ Lead market to ensure strength of brand strategy, media plans and assets

·Works closely with the Northern Europe Squad Director, Hub Marketing Manager and Regional Deployment Leader, you will be a key stakeholder advising on the needs of the Nordics and sharing local insights.

·Leads in country delivery and excellence in execution by activation team

·Organises total team to divide, conquer and drive re-use across markets

·Manages delivery of KPls, identifies interventions and drives action where required

·Responsible for the the activation team across 4 markets collaborating with local Commercial teams to address challenges, drive opportunities and build differentiated plans to unlock category growth with key retail partners.

·Use analytical skills to support the shape and size of commercial and innovation opportunities

·Supports a culture of owners mindset, daring spirit and outside-in focus.

·Provides oversight of adherence to compliance requirements and budget management

·Drives team engagement; grows and develops teams through effective coaching and feedback

·Individually adheres to Kenvue compliance requirements

Qualifications

What we are looking for

·Strong interpersonal and people management skills and collaborative style, able to work with multiple stakeholders simultaneously and influence both upwards and downwards.

·Can do positive attitude, with the ability to influence and work in a collaborative way and identify creative solutions to challenges.

·Proactive and results driven, showcasing a real owners mindset, creates a sense of urgency for direct reports & team members to meet objectives. Enjoys bringing new ideas to the table & holds others accountable.

·Proven implementation ability and flexibility to adapt plans/challenges as they arise.

·Strong analytical and influencing skills and known to work as self-directed decision-maker.

·Demonstrates ability and experienced in analysing data quickly and inferring insights to act and move forward.

·Able to communicate clearly with strong impact and excels in leading teams.

Experience Required

·Experience in marketing or local brand/commercial activation level with a strong track record of performance in a matrixed organisation.

·Experience working cross country

·University Degree level educated or equivalent experience

·People management experience essential, responsible for coaching and developing talent.

·You will have experience activating content & communication plans

·Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L development.
