Shape the Future of Digital & Service Innovation
As Head of Digital & Service Innovation, you will drive digitalization and innovation within Kamstrup’s Water Division. Leading a team, you will focus on developing digital products and services, implementing digital platforms, and leveraging data analytics to optimize customer performance. You will also play a central role in shaping a service strategy that integrates software and core technology to address market needs.

More specifically, you will be:

Developing and executing a digital and service strategy aligned with the overall Water strategy

Driving key partnerships that enhance Kamstrup’s Water solutions or create added value for customers

Leading innovation projects in collaboration with customers and external partners

Taking commercial ownership of the Water software product portfolio, from new product development to lifecycle management

Leading and developing a team of Solution and Innovation Product Managers, where collaboration is key

Meet your future team
Reporting directly to our Vice President of Product Management - Water, you will join a team of 30+ professionals based primarily in Denmark, with a small team based in the US. Specifically, you will lead the Digital & Service Innovation team, which currently consists of 5 skilled employees. The team is characterized by a collaborative atmosphere where new ideas and constructive sparring are at the core of everything we do. Together, we are responsible for driving the expansion and growth of the digital software and services portfolio on a global scale.

We are looking for a motivated Head of Digital & Service Innovation who is eager to enhance our customers' digital journey. With your digital mindset and understanding of how industrial hardware and digital solutions complement each other, you'll help shape innovative solutions that deliver value to our customers. Your leadership and passion for innovation will be key in guiding your team to create impactful, forward-thinking solutions.

In order to succeed we imagine that you:

Have a proven track record in product management or business development, driving customer-centric digital transformation

Bring several years of experience from a similar role, ideally in a B2B electronics company, with demonstrated leadership experience

Consider yourself a team player and good communicator who thrives on collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners

As we are an international organization it is important that you are fluent in English – Danish is an advantage and other languages a plus.
