Head of Digital Workplace

Do you want to inspire our Digital Workplace team to deliver exceptional service and solutions to users across Kamstrup? Can you balance inspiring leadership and mentoring with problem-solving guidance? Ensure all digital tools and systems are functional, secure, and user-friendly
As Head of Digital Workplace, you will balance innovation with maintaining security and compliance in accordance with internal policies and regulatory standards. This role encompasses collaboration tools, e.g., M365, client and mobile device management, including MDM platforms like Intune, printing, telephony, meeting rooms, walk-in Support, HW/SW procurement and stock, user experience, and training.

More specifically you will be:

  • Leading and optimizing the overall digital workplace strategy, aligning it with the organization’s goals and objectives, and continuing the deployment of our digital workplace solutions across the organization
  • Ensuring that the client IT infrastructure is reliable, up-to-date, and maintained, with a focus on enhancing end-user productivity and collaboration
  • Promoting a collaborative and innovative team culture, fostering growth and development for each team member
  • Overseeing the delivery of prompt, on-site technical support, and troubleshooting issues in real-time to maintain operational efficiency
  • Ensure adherence to internal security policies and regulatory compliance while deploying digital tools and platforms

    With a direct reference to our Vice President of Digital Kamstrup Solutions, you will lead a team dedicated to enhancing productivity, collaboration, and the End-user experience across Kamstrup. The team consists of 12 dedicated colleagues located in Denmark, Spain, and the US. In the team you can expect a collaborative and grounded culture.

    We are looking for a proactive leader with a user-focused mindset and a passion for creating seamless digital experiences that empower productivity and collaboration. You thrive in balancing innovation with security and have a strong understanding of client IT infrastructure and support. With your excellent communication and problem-solving skills, you inspire and empower your team and drive continuous improvement, all while ensuring compliance and efficiency.

    In order to succeed, we imagine that you have:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in IT leadership, particularly within a digital workplace environment
  • Strong knowledge of client IT infrastructure, collaboration tools (primarily M365), and end-user support mechanisms
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and work collaboratively with various departments
  • Experience working in cross-functional distributed teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
