What you’ll work on

• Leading and supporting the finance team with passion and excitement. You’ll act as a hands-on, “playing coach” who isn’t afraid to dive into the details when needed.
• Taking responsibility for compliance and reporting to leadership and the board. Don’t worry - you will not be drowning in endless data requests, and our PE owners are great! We value quality of insights over quantity of analyses.
• Ensuring smooth and scalable financial processes through automation and smarter setups.
• Fine-tuning our structured datasets to unlock fresh insights and opportunities, including fully implementing our new FP&A tool (Planful).
• Developing a clear vision for the future in collaboration with the CFO and setting ambitious, yet realistic goals.
• Preparing the company for the next sales process, ensuring that everything is ready for a due diligence process when time comes.

What we’re looking for

• Experience: Ideally, you have around five years of experience in auditing within the private sector and a strong academic foundation (Cand.merc.aud or HD(R)) as well as 3-5 years of experience in a finance team.
• Leadership mindset: We value leadership potential over leadership experience, and you need to understand the importance of clear communication, motivation, and creating an engaging team environment.
• Skills that stand out: Curiosity and tenacity to learn the ins and outs of our ERP system (Odoo), experience with international e-commerce, and a drive for making things better.
