You will own all marketing / demand-gen for one of Denmark's most well funded early stage startups. We've already built a next-gen customer support product used by Michelin, Personio, Pipedrive, and many others. You will focus heavily on our upcoming AI agent product, a critical piece of Fullview's long term strategy, and play a crucial role in promoting this new product and driving demand (as well as owning marketing for the general product suite). This is an exciting "T-Shaped" marketing leadership role focused on driving inbound leads via content marketing (SEO), social media content, PPC and other paid channels, as well as product marketing. You will be a creative "growth hacker" type with a strong founder-mentality wearing many different hats within demand gen and inbound marketing. We do expect to grow the team but we are well known for running a very lean team (despite a lot of funding), so this is a very hands on role and less about delegation and people management for the first 6-12 months.

Own all marketing and work side by side with the founders as a key player.
Produce high quality SEO content to drive inbound traffic for our AI product (as well as owning SEO in general).
Produce creative social media content across video, images, text for Linkedin, Twitter / X, etc.
Build Google ads campaigns and landing pages to drive paid inbound
Run growth hacking experiments non-stop with your own ideas on how to produce more inbound leads.
Build landing pages and pitch decks for customers as product marketing and sales materials.
Work closely with founders who currently lead marketing and sales to build repeatable playbooks over time.
Manage freelancers / agencies wherever relevant.
Previous relevant experience from SaaS and startups within a demand-gen role.
Worked in a startup setting without predefined structure (Big co experience is great too but we do have a bias for candidates who've worked in early stage companies before, or even had their own startups)
SEO and growth nerd with a true passion for it (you will touch many areas of marketing but a strong foundation in SEO is a must)
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest customer support trends and technologies. You need to become a true expert in Fullview's field and speak the lingo of our customers.
