Are you an expert in lead generation and marketing automation? Do you know how to build and execute high-performing campaigns that scale fast? We’re looking for a Head of Growth who can design and run automated, data-driven marketing campaigns to rapidly drive high-quality leads and convert them into paying customers.
What You’ll Do:
Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, paid ads, social, content) focused on lead generation and conversion.
Build and optimize automated sequences and funnels to engage and nurture leads.
Rapidly test and iterate growth strategies to maximize customer acquisition.
Leverage tools like HubSpot, Zapier, LinkedIn automation, and ad platforms to scale outreach.
Work closely with sales to align on inbound leads and conversion tactics. Track and optimize CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in growth marketing, lead generation, and marketing automation.
Hands-on expertise with automated email and ad sequences (HubSpot, LinkedIn, Zapier, etc.).
Deep knowledge of paid channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) and retargeting.
Ability to build, test, and scale high-converting campaigns quickly.
Strong analytical mindset—knows how to track and optimize key metrics.
Experience in B2B SaaS or fintech is a major plus.
Based in Vejle area, Denmark (hybrid setup possible).
