With headquarters in Germany, MAN Energy Solutions employs around 15,000 people worldwide. The marine two-stroke engine is the de-facto standard propulsion technology for large ocean-going commercial vessels, and the Copenhagen office is the centre of R&D and Engineering for two-stroke engines of the MAN B&W brand. Currently, MAN B&W two-stroke engines account for around 1% of the total energy consumption worldwide. Hence, we are a global player in our field and in the decarbonisation of global transport.
You will join the management team of the function area Hydraulics and Injection Development of two-stroke R&D. We are responsible of developing fuel injection/admission concepts, designing prototype fuel equipment, hydraulic systems and components. We analyze structural and thermal loads on our components, run simulations of both injection and combustion, and conduct tests on both test rigs and real engines to validate new concepts and designs.

In 2027, MAN Energy Solutions will move to Trekroner in Roskilde. Here we will consolidate all our current locations on Zealand into one large site.
