The role

As our Head of Marketing, you'll be responsible for leading the marketing department, creating data-driven strategies, and ensuring that we have the tools, processes, and tactics in place to successfully reach our business goals. You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing efforts align with our company’s vision and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, drive leads, and support revenue growth.
• Lead and work closely with the marketing team guiding them with your strategic insight and innovative ideas.
• Analyze our existing marketing activities, identify key areas for improvement, and introduce new initiatives that will help scale the company.
• Drive brand messaging, content strategy, digital marketing, and customer acquisition efforts to maximize our commercial success.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and a unified approach to growth.
• Manage budgets, KPIs, and marketing metrics to track performance and continually optimize strategies.
