We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Performance Management to oversee the full P&L and WCO of our Global Aftersales segment for Marine and Power Plants (2-Stroke and 4-Stroke). This role is crucial for driving and facilitating the performance dialogue within PrimeServ Denmark and across PrimeServ Denmark Marine & Power business.
You will play an important role in
You will play an important role in driving yearly, monthly, and daily performance dialogues within PrimeServ Denmark and across business segments. You will conduct financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and reporting, while developing financial tools and global price strategies. Leading digital business optimization and transformation through data mining and robotics implementation will be a key part of your role.
You will manage risk and contract management across multiple locations, handling invoicing, credit limit exposure, approvals, and credit notes.
Additionally, you will lead a professional and diverse team of 70 employees across Copenhagen, Frederikshavn, Ishøj, Holeby, and Greece. Developing and running projects and harmonizing processes across 2- and 4-stroke business areas will be essential.
Lastly, you will oversee the digitization of customer, engine, and ship master data, driving digitalization of business processes and increasing customer onboarding to EDI and eCommerce solutions.
