The Position
As the Head of PMO, you will be a key driving force behind the successful execution of a major CAPEX project. • Oversee the successful delivery of projects and ensure alignment with organisational goals and strategies.
• Proactively define overall project goals and deliverables in close collaboration with the Project Director.
• Add value to every aspect of the project by delivering key professional insights, shaping approaches and methods, and considering alternative project strategies.
• Interact extensively across the entire project, with site management and projects, and with the Fill & Finish Expansion programme.
The Head of PMO is overall responsible that systems are in place to ensure a structured management of the scope, governance and project interfaces. The responsibility includes responsibility for stakeholder management towards strategy planning and execution (i.e. business plans) and being responsible for the organization development in close collaboration with HR and Project Director towards the future organization.
