The position
You will be Manager of the Secondary Packaging Development Team, with approximately 16 dedicated professionals. Your team is in Devices and Delivery Solutions in Hillerød, where we are 500 highly skilled colleagues working to develop the medical devices and drug delivery solutions of the future.
Your responsibilities will include:
You will report to the Director of Secondary Packaging & Technical Writing and become a member of a well-functioning ambitious and highly engaged leadership team. Together with this team you will be a part of building up capacity for the future.

You have knowledge of pharmaceutical production, medical device development and preferably you have prior experience within Secondary Packaging or Systems Engineering.
About the department
Secondary Packaging Development and Technical Writing is an area with around 46 dedicated employees. We develop the Instructions for Use on all platforms in two teams, and we Develop the overall Secondary Packaging solution in the Team related to this posting. Furthermore, we are responsible for the Technical Writing Team in DDS.
The Secondary Packaging Development team consists of Project Management Professionals, and Design and Development Engineers.
