Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a diverse and global team of engineers, providing guidance and mentorship. Develop and execute engineering strategies aligned with organizational goals. Drive innovation through continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies. Ensure timely and quality delivery of engineering assignments within budget. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to achieve company objectives. Establish and maintain engineering standards, policies, and procedures. Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Drive recruitment efforts to attract and retain top engineering talent. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages professional growth and development. Monitor and report on departmental performance metrics and KPIs. Provide executive-level reporting and recommendations to senior management. Requirements:
Proven experience in engineering leadership roles, with a track record of successfully managing teams. Strong technical background in heavy industry with hands-on experience. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset, capable of driving innovation and continuous improvement. Proven ability to manage complex assignments and deliver results under tight deadlines.
