In Digital Solutions, the subsection of ATP responsible for IT, data and digitalisation, we play a crucial role in digitalising Danish society. We develop and test innovative solutions along with guiding ATP’s technological strategy, setting new benchmarks for digitalisation within the public sector.
The Solution Architecture team plays a pivotal role in delivering robust digital solutions across the organisation. As the Head of Solution Architecture, you will lead a team of 20 highly skilled specialists while providing inputs that help shape ATP’s agenda regarding solution architecture.
Your primary objective will be to provide outstanding leadership - both personally and professionally. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated team of Solution and Enterprise Architects to advance ATP’s strategic goals.

We are looking for someone with a relevant educational background and hands-on experience in team management - either as team lead, informal people leader or a formal manager. In addition, an extensive knowledge of IT architecture is a big plus.

As Head of Solution Architecture, you will be part of the Technology unit in Digital Solutions. Here, we integrate architecture into critical welfare solutions and serve as counsellors to the management.
In doing so, we not only chart ATP's course regarding new technology but also help establish new benchmarks for digitalisation within the public sector.
