As we scale rapidly across multiple markets, we are looking for a Head of Supply Chain Digitization and Business Solutions to lead the optimization and digital innovation agenda of our supply chain processes. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for technology to enhance efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence.
The Role
As a Head of Supply Chain digitalization and business solutions, you will play a pivotal role in developing and improving NORNORM’s supply chain processes at a strategic and analytical level. You will be responsible for ensuring data-driven decision-making, optimizing workflows, and streamlining operations across multiple locations and suppliers. Your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO will help enhance demand planning, inventory management, procurement, and logistics to support our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, optimize and digitize supply chain processes end-to-end, enabling scalability and competitive advantages with focus on forecasting, procurement, and inventory management.
- Based on deep understanding of Dynamics 365 FO - its short comings and strong sides - identify opportunities for further efficiency gains and scalability.
- Develop and deliver the tech development agenda matching the company supply chain strategic goals leveraging Dynamics and existing platform as well as exploring opportunities for technology shifts e.g. leveraging AI, machine learning or purpose build tech.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Finance, and IT, to align digitization and business agendas.
- Ensure data accuracy and reporting excellence, leveraging Power BI and other analytical tools.
- Act as a key strategic advisor on scalability and process improvements in a fast-growing international company.
Your Profile:
- 5+ years of experience working with supply chain optimization in an ERP-driven environment – ideally in rental businesses.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO and its supply chain management modules.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to communicate complex processes clearly and work cross-functionally in a matrix organization.
- Experience in fast-growing, international, or scale-up environments is a plus.
