We believe that no tool is better than how it is used. That is why we have a support team that is there every time our customers need help. For us, our support and service are as much a part of the product we offer as the AI itself.

We are now looking for a new Head of Support who can help our support team grow to the next level in the age of AI.

• You have leadership experience.

The day-to-day…

• Lead our small but efficient team of supporters.
• Be there for your team to get them unstuck.
• Constantly make it easier to be successful on your team with AI and tooling.
• Lead by example by supporting our customers with your team.
• Showcase your team's great work by collecting 5-star reviews.
• You can work from our office in Copenhagen, from home or a beach in Bali (yup, we have had people doing that) as long as our customers get the help they need during our opening hours.
