The position
As our Head of Talent Acquisition (TA) Denmark (DK), PSQIT your main role is to manage the overall operational TA execution for Product Supply, Quality & IT (PSQIT) in accordance with the agreed strategy. The team supports the Line of Business with great TA partnering and delivery and helps hiring managers through the recruitment process and to make the best hiring decisions – on roles ranging from high volume recruitments to very specialised hard-to-find roles. TA DK is working with well-proven global processes and in close collaboration with the Global TA community and Novo Nordisk’s other Centres of Excellence. In this role, you will report to the Director of TA DK and you will have five Team Leaders (TLs) reporting to you. You will be part of the TA DK Leadership Team.
Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Ensure well-being across TA DK PSQIT, lead inclusively and in accordance with NN Way. Create a healthy and engaging environment while ensuring performance and high quality standards.
• Focus on motivation and continuous development of leaders and individual contributors through coaching and involvement.
• Set operational direction and anchor it with TLs. Monitor volumes/capacity to make sure the team is right-sized. Drive identification, development, and implementation of improvement opportunities to increase quality and efficiency of TA DK PSQIT, TA DK, and Global TA.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, Global Standard TA processes and local requirements. Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new ways of working.
• Collaborate with key senior stakeholders, proactively share strategic insights and opportunities and support TLs in managing and strengthening stakeholder relations. Contribute to improvement opportunities towards external setup, including RPO collaboration.
• As part of the TA DK Leadership Team support the continuous TA DK journey.
Qualifications
• Minimum 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, including at least 5 years of leadership experience and ideally a couple of years’ experience with leading leaders.
• Experience from larger international organisations and RPO experience is an advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage with people at all levels to create lasting, trustful relations. Natural drive for managing different tasks of varying complexity and involving relevant stakeholders.
• Ability to shift between operations and strategy, identifying, formulating, and implementing improvement opportunities. Managing in a dynamic environment and driving high-impact TA projects.
As a leader you are curious, open, and honest, and you enjoy seeing your team shine and succeed through collaboration. You have a can-do attitude, get energy from motivating your team. You are a team player working with a high degree of independence, valuing close collaboration and sharing of knowledge.
Fluency in spoken and written English is required. Danish is a strong advantage.
