Who we are
Lind Capital is a specialized proprietary trading company focused on the financial markets. We combine market expertise, cutting-edge technology, data-driven decisions, and quantitative models to execute the best possible trades. Our team of 25 professionals are based in our modern offices in Aarhus, Denmark.
The role
As Head of Trading, you will lead a team of currently seven traders, one analyst, and two student assistants who collectively possess deep understanding of the equity markets and our trading strategies. You will also serve as a key member in our four-person leadership team, helping shape the future direction of the company. You will refer to the CEO and will participate in board meetings when relevant.
Key responsibilities
What we are looking for
Passion for leadership with several years of management experience
Proven trading experience (equity experience preferred, but other markets valued)
Ability to identify market inefficiencies and develop trading strategies
Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication
Understanding of econometrics, quantitative tools, and modelling
Interest in software development, data engineering, and machine learning
Collaborative mindset and team-oriented leadership approach

Location
This position is based in Aarhus, Denmark. While flexible work arrangements are supported, success in this role requires regular in-office presence (4-5 days per week). We operate in English and welcome international candidates.
