Vattenfall is now looking for the right person to fill the position as Head of Transport & Installation Engineering reporting to the Head of Offshore Project Execution, within Project Delivery & Engineering in Business Area Wind.
Project Delivery & Engineering is responsible for the development and execution of our construction projects. We are in the centre of making a fossil-free future become reality by delivering some of the largest infrastructure projects in the world safely, timely, of high quality and within budget in a complex and dynamic environment.
As Head of the T&I Engineering department, you will be responsible for the development of a team of highly skilled T&I engineers in the field of Offshore transport and installation. You will be the line manager for all T&I engineers responsible for development of transport & installation concepts of future Vattenfall Offshore Wind projects. You will be setting a clear strategy and targets for your team and define, develop and maintain the competences in the field of T&I engineering and insure high employee engagement.
You will interact with all the Engineering Managers as well as Installation and Package Managers. You will also have a strong interface and collaboration with the Product Portfolio Directors driving the product development for new projects.

The location of this position is flexible, preferably in Solna, Amsterdam or Kolding. Depending on the location of our upcoming projects, a large extent of business travels can be required.
