The position
As Health & Safety (HS) Professional in DP MSAT&QC, you will provide support to our Health and Safety Partner and you play an important role in promoting a safe and compliant work environment. You will assist in implementing HS processes across DP MSAT&QC where you will work in collaboration with your HS Partner and HS representatives. You will be part of our Business Support department, which drives all business functions across our area, supporting more than 350 employees across 3 countries. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing support and guidance on HS matters within production and projects.
Assisting HS Representatives and HS leaders in driving HS processes.
Maintaining HS training material and transitioning it towards a visual training concept.
Participating in safety inspections, performance board meetings, and planning board meetings.
Collaborating with and support People Managers, HS Representatives, Work Wise Trainers, and other subject matter experts within fields such as fire safety, electrical safety, ATEX/CE, ergonomic, and chemistry.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
At minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with a relevant field.
Experience with working within the Health and Safety and in addition to this working with influencing the right behaviours, mindset and safety culture is important.
Solid understanding of Danish Health and Safety Legislation or ISO45001.
Professional fluency in both Danish and English - written and spoken.
Furthermore, it will be seen as an advantage is you have Project Management capabilities with experience in planning, guiding, and supporting key stakeholders and team members.
Additionally, if you bring strong communication skills, the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, and the capacity to work both independently and within teams, we will be eager to hear from you.
About the department
You will be joining the CVP area Manufacturing Science and Technology & Quality Control (ET DP MSAT & QC), which has process and product responsibility for existing and future oral drug products post-approval, as well as performing all analyses on products after method transfer. We work across the Emerging Technology (ET) organization to improve productivity of ET production and analytical processes, with employees based in Denmark, Ireland and USA.
Your main workplace will be in our new offices in Høje Taastrup and you will also be supporting our laboratories in Måløv.
