The position
As a Health & Safety Partner for Integration Projects, your main responsibilities will include ensuring that EHS-related procedures designated as 'Integrate' are properly onboarded into Novo Nordisk processes, involving the appropriate personnel and accurate data structures.
Your other tasks will include:
Execute and support setup in the Novo Nordisk Environmental Health and Safety (NN EHS) reporting system for incident reporting.
Coordinate the implementation of the EHS Portal, being a point of contact between IT, NNHS, and the new HS Partners and ensuring a stable transition between existing systems into NN systems.
Coordinate the implementation of Product Supply Aseptic Manufacturing (PS AM) Initiatives, such as: Life Safety Rules (Including Behavioral Package), Ergonomic Masterplan, Safety Culture Assessment, AM HS targets, KPIs, and reporting flows, Immediate actions / Emergency preparedness.
Coordinate the implementation of Novo Nordisk Health and Safety Management System, including training/support on: implementing NN Internal requirements for HS and organizing of EHS Work.
Additionally, you will be responsible for making a deep analysis of good practices/processes that the new Units must keep and help to integrate them into the Novo Nordisk Management system. You will also prepare sites for the re-certification of ISO45001.
The position is ideal for a dedicated, highly experienced, and results-driven candidate, who enjoys working in a global, collaborative and open-minded environment. Travel is required in Europe and U.S.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
An academic degree within Health & Safety or similar field
Extensive experience in a Health & Safety role
Solid experience within a highly regulated industry, i.e. pharmaceuticals, medical devices, aviation, food production
Certification in or good understanding of ISO45001 and ISO9001
Full proficiency in English
On a personal level, you demonstrate strong stakeholder management and analytical skills, along with practical experience in analyzing complex business issues. You also have extensive experience with change management processes and effective communication within large and complex organizations.
