The position
In this role you will contribute to the safety and stability of our business, ensuring that we can effectively plan and execute our maintenance and construction activities through the implementation and use of the IT system at our locations. In this way protecting our people and assets, mitigating risks and fostering a sense of preparedness and confidence within our organization.
In this job you will be responsible for:
Collaborate across Novo Nordisk Pharmatech’s (NNPR) whole value chain to ensure effective maintenance and construction activities and provide advice, guidance, and support to management for decisions
Manage various processes related to maintenance and construction activities, including leading the implementation and maintenance of Permit Vision at NNPRs two locations in Køge.
Act as subject matter expert during life cycle management and investments projects
Implement initiatives and audit activities, including training relevant stakeholders.
Represent NNPR in relevant national, regional networks related to work permit processes.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have:
A Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience with relevant work, ideally from a pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical production.
A strong focus work permit processes, hot work and high-risk activities and risks, LOTOTO and health and safety within a maintenance and construction context.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills within both Danish and English.
Ability to negotiate the right solutions within our business needs, and an interest in both strategic and hands-on tasks.

About the department
You will be a part of the Sustainability Partnering department at NNPR with two teams: Environment team, Health & Safety team, and employees within project portfolio and sustainability. The Health & Safety team consists of 10 employees including you. We work diligently to support NNPR embracing diversity and inclusion, whilst focusing on having a fun and encouraging a curious working environment.
