The Position
As Novo Nordisk expands and grows there is an increasing need for Novo Nordisk Health and Safety to strengthen the H&S support we provide for our production and business unit (Line of Business) in expansion projects and when Novo Nordisk acquires new sites. The H&S hazards in expansions projects (e.g. construction) are often different from the hazards in normal operations. The onboarding of new M&A’s demands close alliance and coordination with stakeholders across Novo Nordisk.
As an H&S Partner for Expansions, Integrations and M&A’s in Novo Nordisk Health and Safety, your primary role is to inspire, enable and engage with Line of Business, providing support in efficient and timely H&S management of expansion projects, integration of new sites and in onboarding new M&A’s into the Novo Nordisk H&S Management System.
Additionally, you will serve as a crucial link and trusted advisor, facilitate seamless communication and be the eyes and ears in the global organisation, ensuring strategic alignment with business priorities.
In this role, we expect you to:
The role entails close collaboration, coordination and alignment with H&S Partners, with Novo Nordisk’s H&S Process Managers and auditors, as well as with the cross-functional areas involved in construction and M&A activities e.g. Environment, HR etc.
It has a global approach, cross-organisational coordination, senior management deliverables, and clear reference to Novo Nordisk Health and Safety’s management team.

In ET, we are a team of approximately 2.500 FTE’s primarily based in Måløv and Taastrup (DK), with additional locations in Boston (US), Durham (US), Petersburg (US), and Athlone (IR) - and our sites are continuously expanding.
