The Position
As the Health & Safety (HS) Professional in SDF Production DK, you will play an important role in promoting a safe and compliant work environment. You will assist in implementing HS processes across SDF Production DK as part of the HS support team where you will work in collaboration with your HS Partner and another HS Professional.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing support and guidance on HS matters within production and projects and assisting HS Representatives and HS leaders in driving HS processes.
• Ensuring compliance with Danish Health & Safety legislation, regulations, and standards (e.g. ISO45001).
• Maintaining HS training material and transitioning it towards a visual training concept and driving selected HS improvement projects.
• Participating in safety inspections, performance board meetings, and planning board meetings.
• Collaborating with and support People Managers, HS Representatives, Work Wise Trainers, and other subject matter experts within fields as fire safety, electrical safety, ATEX/CE, ergonomic, and chemistry.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher and experience working professionally within Health and Safety.
• Project Management capabilities with experience in planning, guiding, and supporting key stakeholders and team members.
• Experience working within the Health and Safety area and experience working with the behavior, mindset and safety culture.
• Solid understanding of the Danish Health and Safety Legislation or ISO45001.
• Fluency in Danish written and spoken.

About the Department
Sustainability & Skills is a newly established team from spring 2024. It consists of 14 energetic specialists within the areas of Health & Safety, Sustainability and Training. We represent many different educations and backgrounds which has created a unique, diverse and open-minded team.
Sustainability & Skills is part of SDF Production & Business Support, consisting of approximately 120 people. Here you will be part of a dedicated group of project managers, IT-specialists and technicians, all working together to support SDF Operation DK, in total about 850 people. SDF Operation DK includes Pharmaceutical Production, Warehouses and Production & Business Support.
Sustainability & Skills focus on directing and executing our strategy within Health & Safety, Circular for Zero, and training. We adhere to a Triple Bottom Line strategy, ensuring a focus on environmental and social responsibility as well as economic accountability. The primary HS priority for SDF Production DK is to maintain compliance with our management system and cultivate a healthy and engaging work environment.
You will closely collaborate with the HS support team, other subject matter experts and report to the Manager for Sustainability & Skills, Catharina Kønig.
