The Position 
As the Health & Safety Partner, you will act as an advisor to management, securing we are working within Danish legislation, and you will play a key role in ensuring that our workplace meets the highest safety standards. Additionally, you will serve as a crucial link and trusted advisor, for people in the project, including discipline leads and track leads. 

Your primary responsibilities will include:  
•    Designing of H&S solutions. 
•   Overseeing the implementation of the H&S strategy and the selected focus areas of safety, including construction safety, physical well-being, mental well-being and employee health promotion.
•    Ensuring compliance and proper handling of work tasks including risk assessment before, during, and after the work is performed. 
•    Monitoring safety standards and reporting on safety-related incidents and areas for improvement to the management and in internal systems. 
•    Providing advice and evaluating designs and constructions to ensure top safety. 
•    Working closely with stakeholders to ensure an integrated approach to safety across the organization. 
 
Qualifications  
As a successful candidate, you have relevant education in Health & Safety or similar and have minimum 5 years of experience in Health & Safety coordination, preferably from a similar position. 

We imagine that you have the following qualifications: 
•    Strong background within Health and Safety, including knowledge of construction safety.
•    Experience in creating and implementing safety cultures in larger projects. 
•    Strong expertise in stakeholder management, with good communication and collaboration skills. 
•    Proficiency in Danish and English.
•    Ability to work independently and take accountability for your own tasks.
•    Experience from the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage but not a prerequisite.

We do it by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology. We are setting the standards for the future, designing facilities we will still be proud of many decades from now.
Once the facility in Odense is in operation and final approvals have been obtained, it will become part of Novo Nordisk’s global network of manufacturing facilities of finished products delivering medicine to millions of patients worldwide.
