Your Role:

  • User Assistance: Guide end-users through operating systems, hardware, software, cloud services, and IdP configurations.
  • Problem-Solving: Offer comprehensive support both remotely and in person, adeptly navigating troubleshooting procedures and resolving issues.
  • Customer Follow-Up: Ensure satisfaction by following up with customers after resolving their issues.
  • Collaboration: Engage with users to understand their needs, translating them into scalable, user-friendly solutions.
  • Documentation: Contribute to documenting processes and creating new procedures to enhance efficiency.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 2+ years in an IT help desk or similar customer support role.
  • Communication: Ability to break down complex technological processes into clear, step-by-step instructions.
  • Team Orientation: A collaborative mindset with an openness to constructive feedback.
  • Learning Agility: Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in diagnosing and resolving various technical issues while adhering to company protocols.
