Senior Global Sales Manager

HotelsHero is on a mission to revolutionize the guest experience in hotels and hostels. We provide an innovative self-service luggage storage solution that enhances guest satisfaction, streamlines hotel operations, and generates additional revenue—all through the simplicity of a QR code.

You will be the luggage expert that hotels and hostels never knew they needed. You will introduce them to HotelsHero, helping them see the value of our seamless solution while being at the forefront of a rapidly growing hospitality tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the hotel and hostel industry within your designated market.
  • Present and promote HotelsHero’s solution, ensuring hotels fall in love with our product.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, driving engagement and long-term partnerships.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, exceeding revenue targets.
  • Travel to your designated country every second week to engage with clients and attend industry events.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the hospitality or tech industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (we use HubSpot) to manage leads and track deal pipelines.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • A self-motivated, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and expand the HotelsHero network.
