As our HR Partner, you will collaborate with managers at all levels of the organization to support our journey by delivering playgrounds and outdoor fitness solutions for a healthier and happier community.

Initially, your primary focus will be serving as an HR Partner for our northern sales units.

You will align closely with business priorities and translate strategies into impactful HR actions, with a focus on driving:

• Organizational development and effectiveness by being a trusted strategic advisor to managers.
• Effective HR practices by guide managers through key processes such as performance appraisal and engagement surveys.
• Talent management by supporting development such as career paths, promotions, and managing wellbeing.

In addition, you will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team on the recruitment processes for your areas of the business.

We value socializing in the office in Odense but are open to working from home more days a week. You will join our Group HR department consisting of 10 employees supporting with HR globally.

Experienced HR Partner with a playful mindset

You come with several years of experience from the HR field as an HR Partner or similar. You have deep expertise supporting managers in a global company and have a bachelor and preferably a master’s degree from a relevant field.

Further, we would love if you:

• Enjoy building trusting relationships with co-workers, managers and stakeholders.
• Have a solid HR toolbox and a can-do attitude.

You will have full responsibility for your own processes but, of course, with needed support from the team. However, this requires you to be self-driven and able to reach out and seek support when needed.

Of these, 23 countries do so through KOMPAN’s own direct operation and the remainder through carefully selected quality agents and partners. The global head office is in Odense, Denmark. 

The global footprint has expanded significantly over the years, and includes production sites in the Czech Republic, Design Studios in Denmark and the Czech Republic, and 23 country offices around the world including Europe, Asia, Australia, North America, and South America.
