The position
The position is a maternity cover and as our HR Consultant you will be actively participating in solving some of our most important HR-related inquiries, such as, registration of shiftplans, leave and other HR services.
Your main tasks will include:
You will participate in improving the service and benefits for our line of business, with Continued focus on simplifying our tasks as well as quality. The team you will work in handles a full range of other HR administrative tasks related to employees, external consultants, Danish labour law, data management, and compensation administration.
The maternity leave is expected to be of 12 months’ duration from the 1st of April 2025.

As a person you are robust and able to keep calm under pressure. You have an analytical and thorough approach to solving HR related inquiries. You need to have a high sense of quality, strong solution-oriented mindset and ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality, integrity and sense of diplomacy. About the department
You will be part of AskHR Denmark in GPOS. We consist of 61 highly engaged and professional employees, and we are growing. We function as the one-point-of-entry for approximately 24,000 employees and managers in Denmark, where we provide guidance on HR administrative matters via the “askHR” phone, chat and case handling system (ServiceNow). Furthermore, we handle a full range of HR administrative tasks related to employees, external consultants, organisational data management, and compensation administration. We work closely together as a team with focus on efficient execution and great customer service.
