HR Coordinator - Part Time 

We are looking for a HR Coordinator to join our team on part-time! If you have a passion for people and a strong understanding of HR processes, this could be the role for you. As an HR Coordinator at Bonzer, you will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to compliance and employee relations across our Scandinavian markets.

Areas of responsibility:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate and part take in recruitment processes, including job ad creation, applicant coordination, and hosting initial interviews.

  • Support in the onboarding process for new employees as well as taking part in onboarding them in HR related processes. 

  • Administer and manage onboarding documentation and legal paperwork for new hires.

HR Administration

  • Handle employment contracts and legal documents, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.

  • Maintain and update the HR system with employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Salary & Vacation Support

  • Collaborate with the finance department on salary, benefits, and absence matters.

  • Manage and track employee leave such as parental leave, sick leave, and vacation, ensuring correct compensation and record-keeping.

Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding employment agreements, including questions around leave, benefits, and potential work conflicts.

  • Provide support to managers on HR-related matters, including labor law, work environment, and company policies.


Who Are You?

  • You have recently completed or are nearing the completion of studies in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • You have some sort of prior experience in an HR-related role, with a foundation in HR principles and processes.

  • You are detail-oriented with excellent administrative skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in tasks.

  • You possess a strong sense of organization and can clearly outline and implement processes to improve workflow.

  • You are empathetic and able to understand and appreciate different perspectives, making you a supportive and approachable resource for employees.

  • You have a solid understanding of HR and labor laws in at least one Scandinavian country (Denmark, Sweden, or Norway) and are eager to expand your knowledge across the other.

  • You are fluent in English and at least one Scandinavian language, able to communicate clearly and effectively in both.


This role is perfect for someone who is looking to apply their knowledge and skills in a dynamic environment while continuing to grow professionally together with a company in growth.

We are initially looking for someone to join us around 3 days a week at our Copenhagen based HeadQuarters.
