The position
As HR Coordinator your primary responsibility is to support the business area alongside the senior HR Business Partner in planning and executing the yearly HR processes. You will collaborate with managers on day-to-day challenges and help identify solutions and participate in P&O related projects with relevant stakeholders. Additionally, you will work closely with other P&O colleagues to translate business strategies and priorities into P&O plans and activities.

About the area
You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 20,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 50,000 employees.
Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients.
We do it by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology. We are setting the standards for the facilities of the future, designing facilities we will still be proud of 20 years from now.
Fill & Finish Expansions has a global approach, where you will be working with multiple sites and cultures across the world.
About the department
Fill & Finish HR Business Partnering is a small department supporting managers in Fill & Finish Expansions with P&O processes, leadership coaching, employee development, organizational design & manning and daily P&O tasks.
The department is newly established, and you will therefore have the opportunity to influence the role, the team and the P&O services in Fill & Finish Expansions.
