HR Generalist (maternity cover)

The group's HQ is located in Ørestaden and the Danish organization employs 130 employees, primarily lawyers and patent attorneys.

We are currently seeking an HR Generalist for maternity cover from 01 May 2025 until 30 June 2026.

What makes the role exciting is the breadth of the responsibilities. The role is currently 60% Admin & Payroll focused with 40% of the role allocated to HR case work and supporting leaders with individual cases.

Ideally, you will have at least 5 years’ experience of working independently with Danish employment law, HR Administration, Payroll and Danish employment law case work, to be successful in this role.

Responsibilities:

• HR Administration
• Onboarding and offboarding of all Danish employees, and everything in between.
• Handling of data for Danish and German employees in the HR System
• Responsible for the personnel handbook for Denmark, incl. updates
• Contact person for Deloitte in connection with people mobility cases
• Contact person regarding outsourcing of salary to Sapagi
• Contact person with the pension broker (WTW)

In the role, you are part of an international HR team where there are great opportunities to participate in group projects and share experiences. You will report to the Group HR Director based in Stockholm, Sweden.

Professional qualifications

• Around 5 years of practical experience from the role of HR Generalist in Denmark, preferably in an international organization
• Solid knowledge of labor law and Danish labor market regulations
• Skilled in communicating at a high professional level, primarily consisting of academics.
• Excellent written and spoken Danish language skills.
• Good written and spoken English language skills.

Interviews will be held in both Danish and English.
