If this sounds like you, or you’re curious to learn more, then this role could be the perfect opportunity. Join our HR Legal department as our new HR Legal Student Assistant and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.

Your new role
As our new HR Legal Student Assistant, you will support the HR Legal department in Denmark 15-20 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Drafting disciplinary warnings and terminations  
  • Ensuring that the team is up to date on new employment legislation and case law 
  • Responsible for updating our employee handbook 
  • Assisting our Global Team (Rewards and HR Legal) as required related to global incentive programs, data privacy work and HR Legal aspects of global HR projects
  • Assisting HR management in preparing for meetings and taking minutes of meetings

Your new team
You will be part of our Global HR Legal department that is on an ongoing basis working closely together with Group Rewards, Group Data Privacy and HR colleagues in the monitoring and ensuring of global HR legal compliance. The head office is located in Copenhagen, and you will report to the Head of Global HR Legal – Kristine Friis Nolsø.
