We are looking for an HR manager for our Nordic organization in Herlev, Denmark.
Main responsibilities:
In charge of the HR activities and responsibilities for Azelis Nordic (Denmark, Sweden, Finland & Norway) Point of contact within the Nordic organisation for sparring on a variety of daily activities from employment contracts to training activities, customizing reporting and helping with Workday entries. Creating and maintaining master data in our HR system Workday Drive the annual HR processes in the Nordic organisation, e.g. the annual performance review, talent review, merit review, … Creating and implementing policies and procedures Participate in various HR projects and initiatives Responsible for conducting and following up on the outcome of employee surveys (ESS) and workplace assessments (APV) Back-up for control and reporting of payroll data to our payroll provider Preparation/reporting of statistics Applying for reimbursements and AUB from the public sector & reporting to public authorities Optimizing the integration of HR systems and training users You will report to the Nordic Managing Director and functionally to the EMEA HR Director. You will also work closely with the EMEA HR colleagues and participate in monthly HR team meetings and workgroups within EMEA.
You master the core HR operational disciplines and with your passion for HR you will help your colleagues with energy and punctuality on a daily basis.
Your qualifications:
Minimum bachelor degree with 3 to 5 years of experience as an HR generalist (HR admin, recruitment, on/offboarding, HR processes, …) Thorough knowledge of the Danish Sickness Benefits Act, the Salaried Employees Act, the Holiday Pay Act and the Time Registration Act Basic payroll knowledge of payroll for hourly and monthly employees Experience with HR related matters in Finland, Sweden or Norway is a plus Fluent in written and spoken Danish and English You take ownership for your work and have high ethical standards Service-minded, quality-conscious, detail-oriented and strong in multitasking Good communication and negotiation skills You are problem-solving, hands-on and resilient What we offer:
