Bixter.dk ApS, a leading company in recruitment, is seeking a dynamic and skilled Communication Manager to join our expanding team in Kolding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily HR tasks as: screening, evaluation, registration of the candidates to the database, leading the interviews and match the right profile with the placements available
- Execute communication and lead the projects with the key partners and stakeholders.
- Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Provide support and guidance to candidates when necessary
- Organize and manage communication workflows effectively.
Requirements:
- Proactive and self-driven with a creative mindset.
- Excellent communication and administrative skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to create and leverage networks and connections.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in German or Romanian or Franch or Spanish as a second language.
- Previous experience in similar roles is a plus.
Additional tasks:
- Manage social media channels and drive engagement.
- Lead marketing initiatives and campaigns.
