As an HR Trainee at Faerch, you’ll gain hands-on experience in all aspects of HR. You will be part of a supportive and dynamic team, where we ensure smooth and efficient HR processes. This role offers a unique chance to develop your skills in recruitment, employee relations, data management, and learning and development. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist with daily HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, managing HR databases, and filing documents.
  • Support processes for new hires, leavers, and organisational changes.
  • Post job adverts, schedule interviews, and coordinate communication with external candidates as part of a recruitment process.
  • Ensure administrative input into our recruiting system.
  • Ensure employee data is accurately maintained in HR systems and assist with generating reports.
  • Assist with pre-boarding and onboarding activities.
  • Take on various ad-hoc tasks as needed.

What we’re looking for:

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks at once.
  • You are structured, organized, and have a strong sense of urgency.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy is key.

You have a relevant education, e.g. EUD / EUX Business, HHX, STX, HF or HTX, supplemented with 5 weeks of EUS basic course.

You are familiar with Microsoft Office - especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

You are comfortable both writing and speaking English.

The position is limited to two years. Depending on your previous experience and education, the employment may be shorten. You will be enrolled at UCH though out your employment.

The Team

In Group HR, we are 9 motivated colleagues spread across several functions within HR and across Europe.

We are professional in our approach to our work and always go out of our way to help our colleagues. Having fun, socialising and eating the occasional cake is important for our team. We take pride in celebrating our successes!

In your daily work, you will be working closely with Sofie Dagmar Frederiksen, Group HR Business Partner but you will be reporting to Mikkel Brogaard Pedersen, Senior Director, Rewards & HR Operations.
