HSE Advisor

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic HSE Advisor based in Stord, Norway! Dv

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Visiting on site 80%, 20% in office to support employees on all Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality assurance matters
• Create and maintain plans for achieving a positive safety culture
• Contribute to raise HSE risk awareness within the workforce
• Maintenance of a good incident reporting culture and verification of reporting quality
• Effective use of human factors in incident investigation/root cause analysis
• Reporting directly to the Project Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Technical knowledge or equivalent professional qualifications,
• Minimum 2 years of experience on site or similar previous experiences
• Basic Knowledge of current safety legal requirements and practices
• Fluent English language skills – both writing and verbal
• Organizational skill, time management, analytical, problem solving, verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Have a positive, flexible, and structured approach to handling changes
• Must have a driver's licence
