Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist in Digital Solutions

In Digital Solutions, the subsection of ATP responsible for IT, data and digitalisation, we play a crucial role in digitalising Danish society. We develop and test innovative solutions along with guiding ATP’s technological strategy, setting new benchmarks for digitalisation within the public sector.

Right now, we are looking for an experienced IAM Specialist to join our Identity & Access Management section. Here, we play a crucial role in strengthening security, ensuring compliance, and managing identity lifecycle processes.

We are currently implementing a new IAM solution that will go live in 2025. As an IAM specialist, you will act as leading advisor in this transformation, collaborating closely with architects, project managers and executives.

In the job, you will: 

• work with stakeholder engagement, where you represent ATP’s interests in professional discussions with external stakeholders and ensures that the solutions align with business objectives
• ensure best-practice guidance on secure IAM designs, technical risks, pitfalls, opportunities and implementation strategies
• assess contractor proposals and contribute to choosing the right approach for ATP
• define and enforce governance policies for role-based access control
• oversee user provision, access reviews and ensure deprovision to maintain a compliant environment 
• strengthen ATP’s IAM capabilities by securing the groundwork for a safe, efficient and future-proofed implementation. 

Can you prevent unwelcome intruders? 
We are looking for someone with a relevant educational background within the IT technical field. Ideally, you bring:

• an extensive knowledge of Identity & Access Management - either as a specialist, architect, lead or consultant
• knowledge of access governance, managing roles, permissions and administrative rights in a large organisation
• hands-on experience with the implementation, administration and optimisation of IAM systems. 

On a personal level, you are proactive, analytical, and a strong communicator who can explain complex IAM concepts in a clear and accessible way. You thrive in a collaborative environment and see teamwork as key to success.

In Identity & Access Management, we are part of the Technology unit in Digital Solutions. 

Here, we integrate architecture into critical welfare solutions and serve as counsellors to the management. In doing so, we not only chart ATP's course regarding new technology but also help establish new benchmarks for digitalisation within the public sector.
